Our Group Philosophy

Our group philosophy—much like our nutrition philosophy—is rooted in the idea of holism. Holism is the philosophical belief in nature’s tendency to form wholes that are greater than the sum of the parts. In Networking Nutritionists, we choose to come together as one global community instead of going it alone. The ripple effect is that we elevate our work to create a larger positive impact on our individual clients, our respective businesses, and ultimately, the world.

We believe in collaboration over competition.
We are a community designed to cultivate connection.

Our Approach

Networking Nutritionists' approach to nutrition and wellness bridges the gap between the latest science and traditional wisdom. All of our members are verified graduates of hand-selected, world-wide academies, institutes, and colleges with quality training programs and shared values.

This Group Is For You If…

  • you are a graduate of a qualifying institution

  • the institution you attended taught you the fundamentals of nutrition with a solid research component

  • the institution you attended has a guiding holistic philosophy

  • you are positive and professional

  • you love collaboration and expanding your knowledge

  • you are excited to connect with a global network of nutrition professionals and learn from industry leaders

  • you desire to build meaningful professional relationships

Our list of qualifying institutions is extensive and ever-expanding. Our current members include graduates from institutions such as The Institute of Holistic Nutrition (Canada & Online), The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (Canada), Institute of Integrative Nutrition (US & Online), Endeavour College of Natural Health (Australia), and South Pacific College of Natural Medicine (New Zealand).

Due to differences in scope of practice, this group is not for medical dietitians—unless you are dual certified and practicing with a holistic lens. This group is also not for current or prospective nutrition students—although, please come back and apply once you’ve graduated!

Meet Your Host

In case we haven’t met yet, hello! I’m Veronica Jean. I’m a Nutritionist and the host of Networking Nutritionists. I’m also a mama, avid reader, and overall student-of-life.

I've worked in the nutrition field for 15 years, and have been fortunate to gain experience in a variety of roles — from directing a 7-figure health food store and multi-disciplinary clinic for a decade, to education and government contracts, to maintaining a private practice at capacity and contributing to the non-profit sector.

I bring my diverse experience and passion for learning to Networking Nutritionists because I believe in the power of connection. Together we create a positive and powerful space focused on what nutritionists need!
